Open to the Public: This introductory course in beer education [1] is designed for participants interested in furthering their knowledge and interest in beer. The focus will be on brewing ingredients and processes, tasting concepts, pouring and serving concepts (including an introduction to draught systems) and food and beer pairings. Level 1 will be held on Sunday’s February 5th – 26th from 1 – 4 p.m at PJ's Restaurant - Macdonald Stewart Hall . Registration deadline is January 23, 2017.
