Well Baked Box - Winner of the Warren and Deborah Jestin Impact Award!

It is with great pleasure that we get to congratulate our winner, Well Baked Box, of their success in winning the Warren and Deborah Jestin Impact Award!  This award is given to a business in the Hub Incubator program that demonstrates the highest environmental, community and social benefit along with a sustainable and profitable business model. 

Husband and wife, Stewart and Courtney Russell, started Well Baked Box in October 2020. With Courtney's background as a naturopathic doctor and the couple's combined passion for business, they developed this business that delivers pre portioned baking kits to your door to provide families with gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free baked goods that you can make fresh at home! A Tesla is used to deliver half of the kits and a hybrid vehicle completes the remainder.  They use 100% biodegradable packaging for their kits and also have a zero-waste kit program available. So far with this program, they have saved over 1500 containers! They are currently distributing in Guelph, Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge and have recently hired 2 new employees to expand their deliveries to Halton region!
