Wood Centre Events

We are thrilled to announce our Winter 2026 Workshop Series!

Whether you're looking for educational workshops, fun social gatherings, or a creative escape from your studies, we have something special planned for everyone. This terms lineup offers hands-on opportunities to explore our Makerspace equipment, including 3D printing, laser engraving, Cricut projects, digital design and sewing.

Workshops are designed to be engaging, beginner-friendly, and a fun way to learn new skills in a supportive environment. Registration is available and encouraged to secure your spot, but is not required to attend a workshop, drop-ins are always welcome. We hope to see you in the Makerspace this semester!

Hub Incubator Info Cards

Hub Info Session

Date: Wednesday, April 8th

During this session, students will have a chance to learn more about entrepreneurship and how the Wood Centre's Hub Incubator program can help you launch your business idea. We will also be discussing the application process for the Hub Incubator's IdeaLab program.

You’ll learn how to spot real problems worth solving and explore creative ways to develop innovative solutions.
