Future You Has the Experience

For Lang Commerce grad Tara Lalani (BComm ’20), launching her career was as simple as completing her first co-op term at RBC. Tara enrolled at Lang as an “undeclared” student, but quickly realized marketing was for her and chose the Marketing Management major at the end of her first year. A typical Lang Commerce student - hardworking, collaborative and determined - RBC quickly saw potential in Tara and brought her back for all of her co-op terms. Prior to graduating, Tara was hired by RBC to work in product marketing and communications.

And it all started at Lang.

My co-op placements opened my eyes to the world of marketing. I worked in different areas within RBC which allowed me to better understand the complexity and dynamic nature of marketing
