In the Psychology program, you'll use different perspectives and schools of thought to look at the mind from multiple angles. Then you'll be able to put these theories into practice through course work, experiments, projects and co-op work terms to prepare you for a fulfilling career in a variety of fields such as counselling, marketing, mental health work, human resources and more.
Students in the Psychology (PSYC) major at the University of Guelph might also be interested in studying Anthropology, Criminal Justice and Public Policy, Political Science, Sociology, Family Studies and Human Development, Child Studies, Neuroscience, or other majors.
