Understand Human Behaviour

 Learn What Drives Our Behaviour

Study the human mind to get a better understanding of how it works and how it affects our behaviour by analyzing the emotions, motivations and thoughts of individuals and groups.

 Focus on Your Interests

Whether you want to learn how humans grow and develop, how we perceive our world or how the brain functions, you'll find courses and opportunities to pursue your interests in the core areas of development, social psychology, learning, perception, cognition, neuroscience, clinical psychology and mental health, personality and research methodology.

 Go Beyond the Classroom

Put theories to the test through hands-on experience gained by designing your own thesis research project, supporting research in a psychology lab or learning on the job through co-op.

Why Psychology?

Learn what drives human behaviour. Every single human interaction, behaviour, thought, and feeling is associated with various facets of psychology and by studying psychology you'll start to unlock the secrets of the human mind.

In the Psychology program, you'll use different perspectives and schools of thought to look at the mind from multiple angles. Then you'll be able to put these theories into practice through course work, experiments, projects and co-op work terms to prepare you for a fulfilling career in a variety of fields such as counselling, marketing, mental health work, human resources and more.
