  • Work-life balance

My research centres around several topics related to employee well-being including: the work-family interface, gender and diversity dynamics in organizations, and leadership and conflict management. Recently, my work has taken on a more international and cross-cultural focus. I am a member of a consensus-driven interdisciplinary team (Project 3535) that has collected data on the work-family interface from over 3,000 participants on four continents. I am also currently working on a project related to leadership development in Croatia as part of a SIOP International Research Development grant.
