The Fiscal Year 2021 (FY21) Defense Appropriations Bill has not been signed into law. Although FY21 funds have not been appropriated, the CDMRP is providing information to allow investigators time to plan and develop ideas for submission to the anticipated FY21 funding opportunities. The following FY21 funding opportunities are anticipated:
Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Research Program (ALSRP)
- Therapeutic Idea Award
- Therapeutic Development Award
- Clinical Development Award
- New in FY21! Therapeutic/Biomarker Pilot Trial Award
Descriptions of each of the anticipated funding opportunities, eligibility, key mechanism elements, and funding can be found in the Program pre-announcements. FY21 pre-announcements can be found in the CDMRP home page features. Subsequent notifications will be sent when the program announcements/funding opportunities are released.
If you are considering applying to this program, please contact Angela Vuk to review program requirements.
Please note that research activities carried out in the context of COVID-19 need to adhere to the University of Guelph COVID-19 research principles, policies, guidelines and processes as they may be updated from time to time and communicated on the Office of Research web-page.
