Description
The mission of Morris Animal Foundation (MAF) is to bridge science and resources to advance the health of animals. To honor the legacy and vision of the son of their founder, the Mark L. Morris Jr. Investigator Award is designed to support an area of companion animal research for which there is a pressing need and potential for rapid progress.
The topic selected for the 2022 Request for Proposals (RFP) is senior dog health. Projects involving more than one of the discussed areas are also welcome. MAF will not accept off-topic proposals in this RFP. Proposals should demonstrate the unique and strategic nature of the proposed research and address how the project advances the field of senior dog health. MAF prefers collaborative projects with the potential to rapidly translate findings to primary care practice.

Maximum Project Value
The budget cannot exceed $250,000 USD.
Indirect Costs
Indirect costs are not permitted.
Project Duration
36 months maximum.
