The Office of Research is pleased to announce a soft launch of our new Marketing Website.
This new Marketing Website represents the first phase of a broader Office of Research website redesign. A second phase, focused on researcher-facing services, processes and resources, will follow separately.
During the soft launch period, the site will be promoted internally and will be publicly accessible, but it will not yet be promoted externally. This period allows for final refinements and the collection of feedback ahead of a more visible external rollout.
The new Marketing Website reflects extensive consultation and collaboration and is intended to better showcase research excellence, impact and innovation at the University of Guelph, while supporting broader institutional reputation and storytelling efforts.
Research-related content on the new site is organized around thematic and impact-focused storytelling, while operational and service-related information for researchers will continue to reside on the existing Office of Research "For Researchers" pages.
Feedback during the soft launch period may be shared with rcinfo@uoguelph.ca until March 31, 2026.
Once feedback has been incorporated, a formal public launch and broader external promotional rollout will follow.
