Alliance KTT Funding Program

Description

Knowledge Translation and Transfer (KTT) Mobilization Initiatives provide one time financial support of up to $5,000 for a product that translates and transfers research that benefits Ontario’s agri-food sector or rural communities.

KTT Mobilization Initiatives must fall within an established OMAFRA research theme.

Grant applications will be accepted on a rolling basis (until funds are exhausted). First assessment will take place April 3, 2019.

Eligibility

University of Guelph faculty are eligible to be the Lead Applicant/Principal Investigator for projects supported by the Ontario Agri-Food Innovation Alliance’s KTT Funding Program. University of Guelph faculty includes assistant professors, associate professors and professors.

Adjunct faculty eligible to hold research funding at the U of G may also apply. The adjunct appointment must be in place for the duration of the proposed project.

Maximum Project Value

$5000

Indirect Costs

No funds may be charged for staffing/personnel or conference travel.

Project Duration

Up to one year.
