Description
Last June the University became a member of The Conversation Canada, an innovative digital media outlet dedicated to bringing scholarly work to a national and international audience.
Since joining, we have had a number of commentaries by our professors published on the news site and in many cases these commentaries have also been picked up and published by other national and even international media such as the National Post, Macleans and Daily Mail.
In just this short time, Conversation Canada has proven to be an effective and powerful way of promoting U of G’s expertise and research.
Scott White, editor of The Conversation Canada will be on campus February 26, 2018 to give a workshop where he will run through the steps needed to use this useful resource to highlight your research and share your expertise beyond peer-reviewed publications.
Faculty and PhD researchers are welcome to attend.
