OCAS
Ontario College Application Service is the centralized application service for Ontario's Public Colleges and their programs. Applications to Associate Diploma programs go through OCAS.

Off Campus Connection is a program that aims to help students living off campus in their first semester to establish connections with the University community.
OCGA
Official College Government Affiliates are defined by the Student Organization Policy  as non-PSO status groups. They include student academic groups that fall under more than one College and are granted status through the PSO accreditation process.

Off Campus University Students is a student run organization specifically for off campus students. It offers social programming, such as Orientation Week events.
OL
Open Learning is used to refer to both Open Learning and Educational Support (OpenEd) as a unit and the Open Learning program. The Open Learning program is an open admission distance-only part-time mode of study that provides individuals not registered in a University degree program to degree-credit university courses.

Open Learning and Educational Support (OpenEd) is a unit on-campus that combines the Office of Open Learning and Teaching Support Services.

OPIRG-Guelph (o-perg)

Orientation Week
Orientation Week is a name given to the days over which a series of activities are offered to incoming students when they first arrive on campus. Call 519-824-4120 extension 56731 or 519-824-4120 extension 56970.
ORS
The Office of Registrarial Services combines student registrarial functions in one location (Admission Services, Enrolment Services, Graduate Program and Scheduling) on the 3rd level of the UC.
OSAP
Ontario Student Assistance Program is a program that administers both provincial and federal student financial aid programs for residents of Ontario in postsecondary studies. OSAP is run by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities (MTCU).

OVC (o-v-c)
The Ontario Veterinary College was established in 1862 as the first college in Canada to offer courses in veterinary medicine. The college, originally affiliated with the University of Toronto, was moved to Guelph in 1922. OVC is located at the corner of College Avenue and Gordon Street and is home to a branch of the University library as well as the following departments: Biomedical Science, Clinical Studies, Pathology, and Population Medicine.
OVC Dining Hall
A food service outlet located in the Lifetime Learning Centre of OVC, on the west side of campus.
OVC Library
Ontario Veterinary College Library is located in the OVC Building and is a branch of the University library.

OVC Main Building is located at the south-west intersection of Gordon Street and College Avenue.

Orientation Volunteers are students that volunteer to help new students to move into residence, assist at events during Orientation Week, and answer general questions that new students have.
OWAC (o-wack)
The Orientation Week Advisory Committee includes broad representation from across campus and meets regularly to provide input and direction for Orientation Week to the Centre for New Students.
