Effective June 1, 2026, the Certificate in Human Resources Management for School Board Administration (HRMSBA) will begin to phase out. As of August 31, 2027, the certificate will no longer be offered.

If you have successfully completed the two (2) required courses and the two (2) elective courses in the certificate, you are eligible to graduate with a Certificate in HRMSBA. Apply for your parchment through the SCS Student Portal at your earliest convenience.

Course Requirements for the Certificate in Human Resources Management for School Board Administration
If you have not completed the two (2) required courses and/or the two (2) elective courses, please review your options below.
Complete the Required Courses
If you have completed one (1) of the required courses in the Certificate in Human Resources Management for School Board Administration (HRMSBA), you may enrol in the equivalent and approved course from the Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) if the other HRMSBA required course is not offered before August 31, 2027:
