LAUNCH is a campus engagement program designed for first year students.
- Get involved your way. Choose from on-campus clubs, intramurals, workshops, Supported Learning Groups, guest speakers, volunteer opportunities, and more.
- Get to know other students. Attend LAUNCH events to meet like-minded first-year students, learn about your leadership strengths, and have the chance to reflect and talk about your experiences on campus.
- Get a badge on your Professional and Career Development Record (PCDR) so you can be recognized for your involvement and stand-out to future employers and grad schools.

Ready, Set, LAUNCH!
- A campus engagement program designed for first-year students.
- Through interactive workshops, campus experiences, and self-reflection, you will explore your leadership strengths and begin building a foundation for your personal and professional growth at university.
Attend a total of 5 experiences over the academic year. These experiences can be clubs, workshops, volunteer opportunities etc. and can be found on Gryphlife or other campus resources websites. You will be able to get recognized for trying something new or for something that you have already gotten involved with this year by filling out a reflection form.
- 2 workshops in the Fall Semester
- 3 workshops in the Winter Semester
