Donna S. Lero is a Professor in the Department of Family Relations at the University of Guelph and is the Jarislowsky Chair in Families and Work. She co-founded the University’s Centre for Families, Work and Well-Being, where she leads a program of research on public policies, workplace practices and community supports.Donna has authored or co-authored over 35 major reports and book chapters on a range of topics related to the integration of work and caregiving roles across the life course including caregiving, parental leave, child care, and flexible work arrangements.
