Real Estate Strategy: Mid-Term Projects
The University of Guelph’s Real Estate Land Use Vision and Strategy plans to initiate the following projects within the next 20-30 years.
Retail, Innovation and Entertainment District:
Located east of Edinburgh Rd S and between the Dairy Bush and Stone Rd W, could see a vibrant Main Street with retail, dining and entertainment options, as well as a lively community hub linked to the campus core via a revitalized pedestrian walkway on the Cow Path.
