We are holding a quick organizing meeting on Monday, October 16th at 10:00 am in the LA Pit to discuss the SEDRD Winter Social party plans.

We need student ideas and volunteers to organize:

Setting a theme for the party
Making posters/tickets
Games or other ideas through dinner
Decorations? | Photo Backdrop | Photographer?
MC’s (anyone wishing to volunteer to be the MC please let us know)
Prizes
Students to help sell tickets in November

If you can’t meet us on Oct. 16th, but would like to help out please contact Patricia Van Asten or Diana Foolen.

The SEDRD Winter Social Party will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at the Italian Canadian Club.
