Authors and Adjunct Professors, Dr. Glen C. Filson and Dr. Bamidele Adekunle from the University of Guelph, School of Environmental Design and Rural Development to be presenting their new book "Eat Local, Taste Global: How Ethnocultural Food Reaches Our Tables"  at the University of Guelph on October 12th.  Details about the book can be found at Wilfrid Laurier University Press [1].
