The first SEDRD Speaker Series for the winter semester is scheduled for Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm in The LA Pit. Mery Perez (PhD Student in Rural Studies) will be sharing findings from her research titled “Music as a Discourse of Social Justice: A Case Study from Nicaragua’s Indigenous People”.
