The School of Environmental Design and Rural Development at the University of Guelph and the OPPI invite you to the 5th Annual Rural Romp! As a nod to the City of Guelph and Wellington County being awarded the Smart Cities Challenge Prize [1], the theme of this year's Rural Romp is Smart Cities: The Circular Food Economy. This social event is open to everyone! The Rural Romp is a fantastic opportunity for students, within the University of Guelph as well as outside of Guelph, to take a small break from class and to visit the city! Immerse yourselves in the uniqueness of rural planning challenges, and network with other aspiring and passionate planners in the making. Please dress for the weather!

Activities: Guest Speaker Session, Bus Tour, and Pub Social at The Albion.

11:30 AM-1:30 PM Keynote Speaker and Smart Cities Panel + Pizza Lunch
