Submitted by dfoolen on November 4th, 2020 10:53 AM

World Town Planning Day is an occasion to celebrate and recognize the importance of planning in our communities. This year, Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) is hosting a scavenger hunt with all planning schools in Ontario. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase planning across the province regardless of where you live! The scavenger hunt will take place on Instagram from November 4, 2020 to November 8, 2020 and you need to respond to one of the themes mentioned below. Your name and post will be entered into a draw for a chance to win a $100 VISA gift card.

Scavenger Hunt Instructions:

  • Follow @ontarioplanners [1] on Instagram
  • Share a photo (as either a post of story) from your community
  • Include a short description of what theme is captured
  • Tag @ontarioplanners [1] to be entered to win a $100 VISA gift card
  • You can post as many photos as you like, however you can only be entered into the draw for a maximum of 5 times.

There are 5 great scavenger hunt themes!

  1. Green space in my community
  2. Housing in my community
  3. Development in my community
  4. Transporation in my community
  5. A place I like in my community
