Via Videoconference

Clair-Maltby, on the Paris-Galt Moraine, will be the City of Guelph's largest urban expansion to date at almost 1000 acres and expected to accommodate upwards of 16,000 residents.

Come out to support a group of our graduating fourth year Bachelor of Landscape Architecture students who will be presenting their work from their fall 2020 Community Design studio on the Clair-Maltby lands.

The "Young Professionals Re-Imagine Clair-Maltby [1]" event is part of the annual ’Two Rivers Festival’, and special guest Green MPP Mike Schreiner and Ward 6 Councillor Dominique O’Rourke will be listening in and responding to the projects.

Registration [1] is required to receive the zoom link.

Hope to see you there,
Prof. Brendan Stewart, Assistant Professor

About Us

The School of Environmental Design and Rural Development (SEDRD) brings together major academic fields concerned with creating strong communities, in Canada and around the world. The four highly respected programs in SEDRD share many common goals but approach them in different and complementary ways. This model reflects the imperatives in building authentic communities where planners, landscape architects, communicators, and citizens all play important interdependent roles in community strength.
