We invite you to participate in this webinar series, which is an initiative of the agri-food, climate change, and rural misinformation research platform at the University of Guelph’s School of Environmental Design and Rural Development (SEDRD), Ontario Agricultural College.  

This webinar will discuss the problem of misinformation in the livestock sector, and we have two amazing people on our panel.  

This webinar “Misinformation and Livestock: A Conversation with Farmers and Practitioners” will focus on information integrity in Ontario’s livestock sector due to the rise of social media.  

Panel with: 1. Mike McMorris, Chief Executive Officer at Livestock Research Innovation Corporation (LRIC); 2. Tara Terpstra – Owner, Terpstra farm & Board of Director, Ontario Pork. 

Following the webinar series, presentations and a detailed summary of the webinars will be available online for participants.
