Landscape Architecture Graduates Receive 2023 Convocation Awards

Congratulations to our recent graduates in landscape architecture who received awards at the Ontario Agricultural College convocation awards ceremony held June 15, 2023 at the University of Guelph.

The Chanasyk Medal for Professionalism was awarded to Bachelor of Landscape Architecture graduate, Emma Cervinka (right) and to Master of Landscape Architecture graduate, Allison Neuhauser (left).   
The Friendship Gardens Prize in Environmental Improvement was awarded to Lauren Moore (centre).

Emma Cervinka was also the recipient of a 2023 Class of ’51 OAC Leadership Prize.

Other external graduating awards recently announced were the American Society of Landscape Architects Honor and Merit student awards to BLA recipients:  Shayla Spalding, Brennan Munshaw, Emma Cervinka, Vincent Fracchioni, Talia Nakonechny and Jonathan Cressman; and MLA recipients:  Casey Ross and Tiffany Robertson.
