Submitted by dfoolen on June 30th, 2023 10:21 AM

Congratulations to Brad Smith, BLA 2006 Alumnus, who was awarded the 2023 University of Guelph Alumni Volunteer Award [1].  This award by UGAA was established to recognize and thank alumni who have demonstrated loyalty and commitment to their alma mater by supporting the University of Guelph through significant volunteer leadership. This award recognizes those who have selflessly given their time and energy through volunteer work with students, faculty, or alumni of the University.

About Us

The School of Environmental Design and Rural Development (SEDRD) brings together major academic fields concerned with creating strong communities, in Canada and around the world. The four highly respected programs in SEDRD share many common goals but approach them in different and complementary ways. This model reflects the imperatives in building authentic communities where planners, landscape architects, communicators, and citizens all play important interdependent roles in community strength.
