SEDRD has three Undergraduate Research Assistantships available for Summer 2016:
 
1. Conserving Heritage Landscapes by Design
2. Trees and Shrubs for Cemetery Design
3. Ultra-High Speed Rural Broadband for SW Ontario

The application period is January 18th to February 10th, 2016.
 
To be eligible to apply for an award, students must:
  • Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada as of the deadline date for applications at the university;
  • Be registered, at the time you apply, in a bachelor's degree program at an eligible university; and
  • Have obtained, over the previous years of study, a cumulative average of at least second class (a grade of "B" or "B-," if applicable) as defined by your university.
  • Have demonstrated financial need - students must complete a URA Financial Need Assessment form (available from Student Financial Services)
  • Be a student returning to undergraduate study in September 2016
