Shayla Spalding, a master of Capacity Development and Extension candidate in the School of Environmental Design and Rural Development, will defend her thesis on "Bridging Guelph's Digital Divide:  Visualizing Community-Level Broadband Strategies to Reduce Digital Inequity."
