Major Gift Announcement Supports a Position in Regional Economic Development in SEDRD

Thanks to donations from the Libro Credit Union and OAC alumni George and Lorna Roberts [1] and George and Geri Klosler [2] a total of one million dollars has been raised in support of the Libro Professorship in Regional Economic Development for Southwestern Ontario. The School of Environmental Design and Rural Development looks forward to embarking upon a search to fill this position.  The position will focus on three key mandates - Research, Communications and Outreach, Teaching and Training.  Further details are available in the At Guelph news story [3].
