The Lincoln Alexander Student Service Centre (The Linc) is your first point of contact for questions related to undergraduate and graduate admissions, enrolment, student accounts and academic records.
Emailing thelinc@uoguelph.ca ensures your inquiry reaches the right team as quickly as possible. Our staff will assist you directly or connect you with the appropriate area on your behalf.
Admissions at The Linc
Admissions support is provided by dedicated members of The Linc team, with specialized email contacts based on your program level:

Summer Hours of Operation
From June 8 to August 14, all phone services detailed above are available from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

The Linc is located on the third floor of the University Centre, at the north end with access via the north elevators or UC courtyard stairs.
When you arrive at the Linc, please get a ticket at the Start Here kiosk.
