This interdisciplinary course is designed to examine parent-child relationships in the context of several theoretical and applied social science perspectives onto the multitude of socio-cultural circumstances and factors in today's North-American/Canadian families. Introducing students to the possibilities of viewing parent-child relationships from multiple standpoints in a critical manner.
