1+2) Ship in insulated container with freezer packs.

Collection Protocol

1) Collect into leakproof sterile container. 2) Swab and place into bacterial transport medium (ESwab recommended). 1 +2) Refrigerate immediately.

Additional Information

For isolation of aerobic bacteria and Campylobacter spp. Set-up charge will be applied once to each case. See Bacterial culture, set-up charge for fee. Susceptibility testing is done by request only and additional charge per bacterial isolate will apply.
