Departmental Support

IT Admins [1] can find technical support and request our suite of services by visiting the CCS Help (FootPrints) portal [2]. This portal is restricted to IT personnel. To learn more, visit support for IT Admins. [3]

CCS provides back-up services [4] to departments, colleges and directorates for their file servers located on campus.

All members of the U of G community are entitled to make online restore requests [5] if the deleted or original files needs to be recovered.

CCS also offers web hosting [6] for organizational websites in a Coldfusion environment.
