Convocation Schedule
Ceremony registration for FALL 2024 grads will open on WebAdvisor sometime the week of July 29th and will close on Friday, September 13 at 11:59 pm ET.
Graduates MUST REGISTER through WebAdvisor and complete the gown rental payment in order to participate in a ceremony.
All ceremonies will be held in the Guelph Gryphons Athletics Centre.

Future Ceremony Dates
The dates of convocation will take place within the following parameters:
Winter Convocation
Effective February 2020, senate approved a motion to end the practice of holding winter (February) convocation ceremonies. This decision only affects the ceremony. Students who finish their studies in the fall semester will still be able to receive their degree parchment in the winter semester and will be welcome to attend the summer (June) convocation ceremony and formally cross the stage at that time.
Summer Convocation
During the week of the second Monday of June.
Fall Convocation
On the Tuesday immediately following Thanksgiving Monday in October.
