Creative Encounters Camp Cancellation & Transfer Policies
Please read the following policies prior to requesting a cancellation or transfer:
Cancellation
In order to receive a full refund, minus a processing fee of $25.00, you must request a cancellation no later than 4 weeks prior to the first day of that camp.
- Less than 4 weeks before but more than 2 weeks before: 50% refund
- Less than 2 weeks before but more than 10 days before: 25% refund
- Less than 10 days before: No refund, but transfer may be possible if the same camp runs again and space is available.
- Missed days, sick days, and incomplete weeks: No refund
Your refund can be returned to the original card or added as a credit to the cardholder’s Event Link profile for future use.

Example of Cancellation Protocol
For example, if your child is registered for camp that starts on Monday, August 4th, here is the following protocol for cancellation:
- Cancellation BEFORE Monday, July 7 = 100% refund (minus processing fee of $25.00)
- Cancellation between Monday, July 7 and Sunday, July 20 = 50% refund
- Cancellation between Monday, July 21 and Thursday, July 24 = 25% refund
- Cancellation AFTER Thursday, July 24 = No refund
Transfers
Camp transfers can be requested at no additional cost, however transfers are dependent on the availability of camps/weeks of interest.

Requests will be answered from Monday to Friday, but honoured from the day they are received.
