How To Register: Summer Camp (2025)

Starting From the Creative Encounters Website

  1. Go to Creative Encounters Summer Camps.
  2. Click on the camp you are interested in.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the camp page to the "REGISTER NOW" section and click the week you want to register for (ex. “July 7-11”). This will take you to the Event Link registration page.
  4. Log in with your Event Link account.*
  5. Click Add to Cart.
  6. Continue by following the steps below (starting at #6).

Starting From Event Link

  1. Go to the University of Guelph Event Link
  2. Log in with your Event Link account.*
  3. Once you have logged in, go to the Activities page.
  4. Find the camp you would like to register for on the Camp Registration page or by searching for a camp theme in the Event Link search bar (e.g. Building Buddies will bring up all links to the Building Buddies' sections/camp weeks).
  5. Once you find the section (week) you’d like, click Add to Cart (read the description/notes section for each activity to add to your cart for more info).
  6. You will then be prompted to add a family member to enrol in the camp.**
  7. You will then be prompted to enter additional information, including the email you would like to be contacted at.
  8. If you are interested in Extended Care for your child, please check the box labelled Extended Camp Supervision within the “Fees” page of registration. (Please note there is an additional fee associated with this service.)
  9. You will then have the option of proceeding to your shopping cart.
    • At this point, if you would like to register additional participants for that specific camp, please click Register Another Participant for this Activity before proceeding to your shopping cart.
    • If you are interested in more than one program, click Add to Cart and Continue Shopping to be returned to the main activity page. Repeat this process with any other camps for which you would like to register a camper in.
  10. Once you arrive at your shopping cart, you should see all the programs you have chosen to register your camper(s) in.
  11. Continue to checkout and submit your method of payment.
  12. You are registered for CE camp(s)! Hooray!

**If you do not already have your camper registered, click Create a New Family Member and enter your camper’s information.
