Creative Encounters Clubs

Club registration is now open!

Our after-school STEM clubs are a fun and engaging way for students to explore science, technology, engineering, and math throughout the school year. Each term features brand-new content (except Coding Club, updated annually), so there's always something exciting to learn—no matter your age! All clubs take place at the University of Guelph campus.

Fall 2025 Registration

Cost: $160/student for the full 8-week session

Limited Spots: Only 20 students per club to ensure a hands-on, interactive experience with our expert STEM Instructors. Senior Coding Club is limited to 10 students. Spots fill fast, so register early!

Time: Every Tuesday at 6:00-7:30 

Dates: October 7-November 25, 2025

Last years activities were: Ozobots racing, learning about explosions, painting solar systems, and more!

Register for Junior STEM Club

Time: Every Wednesday at 6:00-7:30 PM

Dates: October 8-November 26, 2025

Last years activities were: Pixel art magic, solving mysteries using math, launching rockets, and more!

Register for Intermediate STEM Club

Time: Every Thursday from 6:00-7:30 PM

Dates: October 9-November 27, 2025

Last years activities were: Hands-on approach to learning about future careers and pathways in all things STEM, physics through building catapults, tech and artificial intelligence (AI), neuroscience, forensics investigations and space exploration!

Time: Every Tuesday from 6:00-7:30 PM

Dates: October 7-November 25, 2025

Activities: Introduction to coding (language to be announced)! This new club is capped at just 10 participants for more one-on-one support. While not identical to Summer 2024’s Game Design, a few fan-favourite projects may make a comeback!

Inclement Weather Policy

In case of inclement weather, please check the University of Guelph campus homepage to see if campus is closed. We will notify you by email if clubs will be cancelled. That said, parents and guardians should always assess weather and road conditions and make their own decision on whether to they can attend.
