New Horizons

New Horizons is a four-day camp for students in Grades 6-8 who want to explore a wide range of STEM fields and discover where their interests lie. This camp brings together hands-on experiences from several of our specialized 6-8 programs, offering a deeper look at how science, technology, and engineering connect in real-world applications.

Through experiments, design challenges, and tech-based projects, campers will explore chemistry concepts, engineering problem-solving, and creative digital design while developing critical thinking and collaboration skills. This camp will include one day in the computer lab, providing a taste of what our Game Design camp covers.

Expect to See

Coding and game design activities using beginner-friendly software, hands-on chemistry experiments and investigations, engineering design challenges focused on testing and iteration, and the opportunity to experience multiple STEM pathways in one camp!
