Education and Training Opportunities
- Our annual Ice Cream Technology Course at the University of Guelph. Our 2018 course is now full. Plan ahead for Dec. 2-6 or 9-13, 2019 (dates to be confirmed).
- Ice Cream Course in Europe (Ireland): Prof. Goff offers a bienniel 3-day ice cream technology course in Cork, Ireland. The last two offerings were Feb. 14-16, 2016 and Feb. 20-22, 2018. These were the 7th and 8th offerings in a line of very successful courses held in Cork biennially since 2004. The next course is tentatively planned for Feb., 2020, to be confirmed. This is an excellent opportunity for interested parties from Europe. Details will be available from the Food Industry Training Unit at University College Cork (select "Courses We Offer", then Short Course-Ice Cream Science and Technology). - Ice Cream Course in Australia: Prof. Goff has delivered a series of Ice Cream Science and Technology Courses offered through the Dairy Industry Association of Australia, Melbourne biennially since 2011. The last one in the series was held July 31-Aug. 2, 2017 in Melbourne. Another will be planned for 2019.
