With more than 20 unique food locations across campus, 20+ off-campus partners, access to over 100 vending machines and convenient ways to add funds anytime, you’re never far from something satisfying.

For Students Living in Residence
On-Campus Meal Plan
Campus Meal Plans are required for students in traditional residences and optional for those living in East & West Residences or East Village Townhouses. You can use your plan at any Hospitality Services location — including Gryph N' Grille and Snack Shack food trucks.
Plans include BASIC and FLEX dollars. BASIC dollars give you a 25% discount at campus dining locations (franchises not included), and all purchases are tax-free. Everything is priced à la carte, so you only pay for what you take.
Leftover dollars? They carry over as long as you're a U of G student.

For University of Guelph Students
Meal Plans for Every Gryphon — On or Off Campus
Not living in residence? No problem. All students — including first-years living off-campus — can purchase a Campus Meal Plan and enjoy the same flexibility, savings, and variety as residence students. Dine at any Hospitality Services location and choose the plan size that suits your schedule.
Looking for even more value? Add a Textbook Plan to your Campus Meal Plan for bonus food dollars and extra convenience.
Students living in East Residence, West Residence, or the East Village Townhouses, or Off-Campus Housing, or Upper Year Students can also choose one of our Ultra Food Plans — designed to give you more coverage, greater savings, and access to all campus dining halls and locations.

For Staff and Faculty
Save While You Dine on Campus
The Express+ Credit Account is a convenient, reloadable plan exclusively for U of G staff and faculty. Use your employee ID card to make purchases at any Hospitality Services location — no cash or cards required.
Members enjoy a 10% discount on all on-campus food purchases, plus an additional 10% off at the University Bookstore and Gryph’s Locker. You can easily manage your balance and view monthly statements through our secure online portal, with no user fees.

Add to your meal plan
The Textbook Plan
You can opt to add the textbook plan to your meal plan for the ultimate convenience. The textbook plan is $1,000, which is to be used exclusively at the University Bookstore and Gryph's Locker to purchase all your must-have school supplies, including textbooks (new or used), room decor, and U of G clothing.
Every time you purchase an item from the University Bookstore, you will be rewarded with a 10% rebate on your total purchase, which is then added to your flex plan the next business day.
Any textbook plan money that has not been spent at the end of the school year will automatically be carried over for your next year unless a refund is requested.
