Eligibility & How to Apply
The Express Plus Account is available to full-time University of Guelph employees with a valid University ID card. Don’t have a University Campus Card yet? Visit the Campus Card Office (University Centre, Level 0, Room 008).
You can apply online using the form on this site. Once approved, your account will be linked to your Campus Card.
Note: This plan is for staff and faculty only. Students are not eligible.
Account Features
Electronic Statements
Hospitality Services provides Electronic Statements to account holders. You will receive an email notifying you when your statement is ready for viewing. Click on the email link and enter your Central Login username and password.
Important Information: Payment is due by the 25th of the current month.

Account Payments & Terms

- Maximum credit limit: $500
- Interest: 1.5% per month on unpaid balances
- No interest if paid in full by the 25th
- Account must be paid in full if you leave the University
- Online (Visa, Mastercard or Amex)
- In-person at the Campus Card Office & OVC (debit, Visa, Amex, or MasterCard)
- By mail (cheque to Drew Hall)
- Payment is due by the 25th of each month
