Managing Your Account Online

We recommend using Hospitality’s free Online Services portal to easily stay on top of your Meal Plan. With just a few clicks, you can:

  • Check your Meal Plan balance and view recent transactions
  • Add funds to your plan using Visa or Mastercard
  • Report a lost ID Card or reactivate one you've found
  • Transfer Flex Dollars to Basic Dollars or Vice Versa (when your Basic or Flex balance drops below $100)

GET Mobile

GET Mobile is an online and mobile app that can be downloaded through Google play and the App Store. The app is affiliated with the University of Guelph for your convenience in managing your Campus Card. It allows students to upload their image for their Campus Card, view meal plan balances and transaction history, order food on campus and allows one to mark their card as lost.
