WebAdvisor Update: System Available

WebAdvisor is available again. The Office of the Chief Information Officer (CIO), campus IT services and Registrarial Services continue to work together to make improvements to WebAdvisor.
An unexpected problem resulted from an upgrade to the system that was required by the software vendor. We understand the disruption this situation has caused and sincerely regret the inconvenience. Your patience is very much appreciated.
Several adjustments have been made to the system resulting in performance improvements and greater success in accessing grades. More work will be done over the next two weeks in order to continue these improvements.
We appreciate the feedback we have received from the University community as it helps guide us towards improving the system. It is our view that WebAdvisor provides us with a secure solution and we remain focused on making it work effectively.
