Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities Advisory Committee (APDAC)The University of Guelph is committed to creating and maintaining a barrier free University environment that supports the ability of all community members to live, work and study on campus. The University formed the Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities Advisory Committee (APDAC) to acknowledge this commitment and to fulfill its statutory obligations under the Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2001. APDAC is responsible for identifying barriers at the University for people with disabilities and for promoting the removal of these barriers so that services and facilities at the University meet everyone’s needs. APDAC’s progress on these tasks is reflected in the University’s annual Accessibility Plan. APDAC is comprised of representatives of students, staff and faculty from the University.
