
What helps Women at U of G advance their professional goals?
To celebrate the launch of GenEQ, more than 200 U of G faculty, staff and student leaders came together and shared ideas for moving the initiative forward.
Guests were invited to comment on three questions that will help shape U of G's gender equity efforts:
- What has been most helpful to you in advancing your leadership and/or your professional goals?
- What are the challenges you face in achieving your leadership and professional goals?
- Share your ideas on what this initiative needs to address to advance women in leadership at U of G.
