GenEQ Exchange Series
The GenEQ series aims to create a collaborative space where participants can share experiences, discuss challenges related to inequity and belonging, develop practical strategies, and build meaningful professional connections and networks of support.
The series is driven by a dual focus: (1) supporting women and gender-diverse participants in developing skills and strategies that can be directly applied to their work and career development, and (2) fostering ongoing engagement with gender equity and broader IEDI goals by supporting participants in contributing to more inclusive workplace cultures, practices, and institutional structures within their departments and units.
