Genus Jurinia Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830

JURINIA Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830: 34. Type species: Jurinia gagatea Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830, by subsequent designation of Coquillett, 1910b: 556 [Neotropical].


pompalis (Reinhard, 1941).– Minnesota to Québec, south to North Carolina (S&A, 1965).
– Exopalpus pompalis Reinhard, 1941: 58. Type data: holotype female (SEMK). Type locality: USA, Michigan, Midland.
– Archytas currani Ouellet, 1942: 81. Type data: holotype male (UMQ). Type locality: Canada, Québec, Rigaud.


smithi (van der Wulp, 1890).– Mexico (Veracruz), Florida (S&A, 1965). Note: Florida population is possibly a different (and undescribed) species.
– Nemoraea smithi van der Wulp, 1890: 50. Type data: syntypes, 1 male and 4 females (BMNH). Type locality: Mexico, Veracruz, Atoyac.
