
Cancelling Your Parking Permit

- Requester’s Name, Phone Number, Email & Mailing Address
- University of Guelph Identification
- Employee/Student ID
- Vehicle Information
- Permit Number & Vehicle License Plate Number

Cancellation Process
- Fill out the Permit Cancellation Form if you no longer require your permit.
- Refunds (when applicable) are processed at the end of the month if submitted mid‑month.

Refund Rules
- Not all permits are refundable (check the Parking Policy & Regulations).
- Refunds are issued by calendar month.
- Cancellation must be submitted before the 1st of the month to receive a refund for that month.
- Email confirmation will be sent once processed (may take 2–3 weeks).

You can find your permit number by logging into your parking account under "View Your Permits"
