Towed Vehicle Information

If your vehicle has been towed on campus, information is available to help you understand why it was removed and what steps are required for retrieval. Please review the details below for towing reasons, release procedures, and contact information.

How to Retrieve a Towed Vehicle

During Business Hours

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
  • Call Campus Parking Services at ext. 52118.
  • Pickup location: Campus Parking Services Office, Trent Building, Trent Lane.
  • You must arrange the release with Parking Services before going to the storage compound.

After Hours & Weekends

  • Call the Campus Safety Office at ext. 52245.
  • Pickup location: Campus Safety Office, Trent Building, Trent Lane.
  • You must arrange the release with Campus Safety before attending the compound.

Fees & Violations

  • Vehicles are released only after full payment is received.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Visa Debit.
  • Tow fees do not include any outstanding parking tickets or penalty fines.
