Required Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled in a masters or doctoral degree program in Psychology.
Must be an MA or PhD student in I-O.
Interpersonal and/or communication skills.
Substantive knowledge of course content demonstrated by undergraduate or graduate coursework, research area, or other professional development.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Providing timely and accurate evaluation of student assignments aligning with marking rubric/scheme.
Assessing and providing constructive feedback on oral and/or written work.
Preferred Qualifications:
Practical or applied experience related to course content.
Experience grading (including online grading).
Experience with gradescope (preparing and processing gradescope exam materials)
Demonstrated understanding of issues such as: human rights, equity, anti-oppressive practices, mental health support, etc.
