Required Qualifications: 
The successful candidate will have: • Successfully completed this course or one similar • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • An enthusiastic and professional attitude towards teaching • Demonstrated competence with Matlab in solving thermo-fluid problems • Demonstrated competence with RETscreen for designing solar-wind hybrid systems • Demonstrated competence with COMSOL for designing thermal systems • Demonstrated competence with EES for designing thermal systems
Preferred Qualifications: 
Candidates meeting the required qualifications will be evaluated on the following criteria: • Subject matter expertise • Interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills • Teaching experience • Teaching effectiveness • Laboratory experience related to course material, including use of Matlab, EES, HOMER, and/or Retscreen
